Ég er nýbúin að leysa út hormónalyfseðil en hef ákveðið að taka mér smá frí frá hormónunum. Tók síðustu pilluna í bili á sunnudagsmorguninn. Er á blæðingum sem stendur. Veit ekki hversu langt fríið verður en ég er að spá í að fara í höfuð-beina- og skjaldhryggs- meðferð áður en ég byrja aftur...

Í gær komu vítamínin og snyrtivörurunar frá New Skin til mín í tveimur kössum. Byrjaði að taka hálfan skammt í morgun en er að íhuga að fara fljótlega á fullan skammt í 2-4 vikur og sjá svo til.

Í kvöld er ég svo að byrja á 1. töflunni að 10 daga primolut skammti mánaðarins. Það er svo sem ekkert spennandi....

Rósa frænka fór heim á sjötta degi!

Rósa frænka kom í heimsókn og nú byrja ég að telja dagana.

Kláraði primolut-skammtinn þennan mánuðinn í morgun. Tíunda og síðasta taflan. Svo er bara spurning hvenær Rósa frænka kemur í heimsókn og í hversu marga daga hún verður...

Byrjaði á hinum hormónunum í morgun. Hvernig ætli næstu tíu dagar verði?

Það eru tólf dagar síðan ég byrjaði aftur að taka hormónana. Jafnvægið er gott en eftir fjóra daga byrja ég á inntöku tíu daga skammts af aukahormónum og ég hlakka ekki til.

Byrjuð aftur eftir hlé

Já, ég tók mér langt hormónahlé í sumar. Var meira að segja mikið að spá í að hætta þessu alveg. En ég byrjaði aftur sl. mánudag, þann 13. sept. og ætla að fylgjast vel með framvindunni!

Virðist búin og því smá fargi af mér létt. En hvers vegna skyldi þetta hafa færst svona til?

Díííí..... blæðingarnar byrjuðu heldur fyrr en undanfarna mánuði og nú vona ég bara að ég hætti fyrr líka!!!

Rósa frænka var mætt í heimsókn í morgun.

Mikið rennsli en ekki alveg eins þreytt og sl. tvo daga!

Blæðingar byrjuðu í morgun með þykku "drasli". Er að velta því fyrir mér hvort það sé vegna þess að ég byrjaði degi of snemma á primolut og tók svo eins dags hlé til að hætta inntöku á "réttum degi. Sennilega hefði ég bara átt að halda áfram og klára inntöku degi fyrr.
